Refund Policy

Our products are available in trial sizes, and we strongly encourage you to try before buying a full size if you're a first time user. Trial/travel sizes are final sale. If you are unsatisfied with a full size product, and have approval from us in an email, you may return your products for store credit or a refund, for the full amount you paid for the item minus all shipping, within 7 days of the products being delivered by the carrier. We do not credit, or refund charges for shipping. We have to be honest: we would prefer that you choose store credit! We are a small, passionate company, and we don't want you to give up on PERSIKA because of one order you didn't love. But, if you're not open to that, we'll give you a refund as long as we have the products back within 7 days of the date the package was delivered to you. Again, we can't refund the shipping - sorry.

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days, sometimes 3 if it's a weekend/holiday, or if we are having a promotion. All products are shipped USPS Priority Mail, or FedEx with signature confirmation unless other shipping method is specifically requested by customer. Tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is in transit. Once we sent you your tracking number, we are no longer responsible for your parcel.
We offer flat rate ($10.00) shipping in the US for orders up to $100, and free US standard shipping on orders over $100. We offer free shipping for orders over $100 US dollars in the US ONLY
Persika skincare (MOMOSKIN) is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked "Delivered" by the carrier.
PERSIKA SKINCARE (MOMOSKIN) IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES ONCE THEY HAVE LEFT THE USA. We cannot predict or control the customs charges for international shipments - we have tried our best to understand each country's policies, but we are not responsible for additional duties or customs charged by the destination country.
Please note: We do not handle returns for items purchased through our retailers. Please return such items to the location where they were originally purchased. We cannot honor returns or exchanges for the items that have been willfully damaged or overly used. Returns for items that have been damaged in transit must be submitted within two days of receipt. Except for cases in which we have shipped the incorrect product, we cannot refund shipping fees.
